2. Hosting and server logs
This website is provided by a third-party hosting platform. When the site is accessed, technical data such as IP address, date and time, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system are recorded in server logs. This processing is necessary to operate, secure and stabilise the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar storage technologies (such as localStorage) to deliver this website and – only with your consent – to analyse it or to show you marketing.
Necessary cookies / storage
- vm_cookie_consent_v1 (localStorage): stores your cookie decision so the banner does not appear on every visit. Retention: until you delete it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR.
- Language preference and security tokens that are required to deliver the page.
Analytics and marketing cookies
These categories are switched off by default and are only set after you actively consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). You can withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" button in the footer.
4. Contact form and email
When you fill in the contact form or send us an email, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, your message) solely in order to handle your enquiry and to get in touch with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients).
To verify your phone number, a one-time confirmation code may be sent by SMS. Enquiries are kept only for as long as is necessary to respond to them and to comply with statutory retention obligations.
5. Embedded services
We use Google Fonts to load external typefaces. To book a discovery call, external scheduling and video conferencing tools (such as Calendly or Zoom) may be used. These are only loaded on your active request, and data may be transferred to the respective providers.
6. Disclosure to third parties
Your data is only disclosed to third parties where this is necessary to perform a contract, where you have given consent, or where there is a legal obligation. Processors (e.g. hosting providers, email services) are bound by data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21).
